TravelStats helps you keep track of where you have been, how you got there, and the distance you have travelled. Use built-in GPS to add locations. Set the travel type (business, commute or non-business) and travel method (air, automobile, boat, walk, motorcycle, bus, or train).
The application will retrieve address, city, province and country based on current latitude and longitude values. The application will track distance between each location, a running total of distance for a trip and the distance from home for each location.
View maps with the following options:
1.Locations by year
2.Locations by month
3.50 locations at a time
4.All cities
5.Destinations only
Show tabular listing by trip, by year, and by month.
The application will also calculate the following summaries:
1.Total distance travelled.
2.Distance travelled by year.
3.Distance travelled by month.
4.Distance to each city visited
5.Distance by travel type.
This is a simple application that helps you track your travels. It is easy to use. All you have to do is click a button to add your current location. You can then view maps and statistics that describe where you have been, and how far you have travelled.

I downloaded the lite version last summer and ended up buying it the same day. At first, this was a great way to keep track of current trips, then the upgrade came and it let you go back and put in prior trips. They also added a motion graphic that shows you your entire year (current or past) from point to point. Its brilliant. I was looking for a wall map type app, but this is so much better. Its easy to use and a lot of fun for anyone who loves to travel and look back on where they have been. Thank you for making this app.
This app is probably okay if you want only add current places. But do NOT try to add previous locations. And only try to add something if you are absolutely sure you want a pin in that location because if you accidentally hit the button, there is no cancel only save. I wish I hadnt spent the dollar that I did. I played with this for maybe 10 mins and all but 30 seconds of it I was frustrated. I was hoping to have an app that I could add previous locations but it is really hard and frustrating to do. I would not get this app
All bugs related to iOS 6 are fixed. Animation now works correctly.
The app is appealing and pleasing to use.
